1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days from the start of your first paid subscription purchase ("Refund Window").
2. Eligibility
Eligible for a refund:
* first-time purchases of a subscription plan bought directly from our website
* requests submitted within the 30-day Refund Window
Not eligible (common exclusions):
* renewals (unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase)
* purchases made via third-party stores (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) - these must be refunded according to the store’s refund rules
* payments that are flagged as fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy violations
* accounts terminated for abuse of the Service or violations of the Terms
3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@starfall.tg with:
* the email on the account
* the order ID / transaction reference
* the reason (optional but helpful)
We may ask for minimal additional info to locate the transaction.
4. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider. We will confirm by email when a refund is initiated.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account to prevent abuse. Chargebacks can delay resolution and may lead to fees charged by payment networks.
6. UK Consumer Notice
If you are a UK consumer buying digital services, you may have statutory rights. This policy does not limit your legal rights under applicable UK consumer law.
