1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We provide a virtual private network service ("Service") that helps encrypt your traffic between your device and our VPN servers. Availability may vary by location and network conditions. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to purchase the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

* break any applicable law or regulation;

* infringe intellectual property rights;

* distribute malware, conduct hacking, DDoS, or other abusive activity;

* facilitate fraud, scams, or harassment;

* access, transmit, or distribute illegal content (including child sexual abuse material);

* attempt to reverse engineer, bypass limits, abuse trials, or resell the Service without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or used the Service in a harmful or unlawful manner.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Taxes

The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly, yearly, etc.). Prices, currency, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown where required.

You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for recurring payments until you cancel.

6. Free Trials and Promotions

If you join via a trial or promo, any conditions (duration, eligibility, limits) will be disclosed at sign-up. Abuse of trials may result in suspension.

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls refund matters.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal anytime via your account dashboard or the method provided at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or covered by our Refund Policy, previously paid fees are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, apps, software, website, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise). Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where you are a consumer and local mandatory rules apply.

17. Consumer Rights

If you are a UK consumer, you may have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related laws. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
